We are a family owned and operated business. Michael Heverin is the Company's President. Noreen Heverin, RN, provides administrative, managerial and operational guidance. Christine Rooks is expert in insurance and EOB analysis, and is technical support specialist.
Company Profile
As our experience and knowledge increased our client based doubled each year. Established in September 1999, A2K Medical Billing Company specializes in cost savings for Doctors. We are certified medical billing specialists providing services to Chiropractors accepting all private insurance companies and government agencies (Medicare and Medicaid). Michael Heverin, President of A2K, and Consultant for Electronic Medical Billers, is the East Coast Manager of the American Medical Billing Association (AMBA). Michael holds the designation of Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) awarded by AMBA. He is the Chairman of AMBA's Certification Committee and assisted in the development of the Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) Exam. After Successful completion of the Health Reimbursement Specialist (HRS) exam sponsored by the National Electronic Billers' Alliance (NEBA), Michael was awarded the HRS Certificate. Michael will be giving a presentation on EOB Analysis for AMBA's National Seminar to be held in Las Vegas on October 2nd and 3rd, 2003. Just as our business has grown, so has the sophistication of our services, A2K is thoroughly prepared to handle all details of Medical Billing.
